Al Afiya Maghribi

Our Story

From the medinas of Marrakech to the Khalidiya in Abu Dhabi.

Al Afiya Maghribi began as a love letter to Moroccan hospitality. Our family carried recipes from the souks of Fes — tagines slow-cooked over charcoal for hours, harira simmered with the same blend of saffron and ginger our grandmother used, couscous hand-rolled in the kitchen every morning before service.

Every dish on our menu is rooted in tradition. Every plate is finished by hand. We import Picholine olives from the Rif mountains, preserved lemons from the Atlas, and saffron from Taliouine. We grill on charcoal because that's how it's done at home.

We're more than a restaurant. We're a guesthouse for travellers, a Friday lunch table for families, an iftar gathering during Ramadan, and a quiet date night for couples. Welcome.
